Goose Grass Dried Leaves (Paragis)

Eleusine indica — known locally in Sri Lanka as "Paragis" and in English as Goose Grass — is a traditional Ayurvedic herb used for generations in Sri Lankan folk wellness practice.

Traditionally Sun-Dried: Hand-harvested and naturally sun-dried to preserve the leaf in its most traditional form.

Pure & Unprocessed: No additives, no artificial treatment — just the dried leaf as used in traditional Ayurvedic preparation.

How to Use: Traditionally prepared as a boiled decoction — simmer a small handful of dried leaves in water for 15-20 minutes, strain, and drink warm.
